Privacy
Last updated 24 August 2026.
The short version. This site collects what you type into the contact form and nothing else. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, serves no advertising, and stores nothing in your browser. There is no tracking pixel on this page and no third-party script of any kind.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, it sends us your name, your business name if you gave one, your email address, and your message. That is the entire set. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversation, the same way any email exchange works.
The website speed check on the home page does not send anything to us. When you enter an address there, your browser opens Google PageSpeed Insights in a new tab with that address in the URL. We never see it, and no request touches our server. What Google does with it is covered by Google’s own privacy policy.
What our hosting provider collects
This site is hosted on Vercel. Like every web host, Vercel records standard request information — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, and your browser’s user agent string — in server logs. We use the IP address for one purpose only: rate-limiting the contact form so it cannot be used to send bulk mail. That rate-limit record is held in memory and is discarded within ten minutes.
Who else sees your message
- Resend delivers the contact form email. Your submission passes through their systems on its way to our inbox.
- Our email provider stores the message once it arrives, the same as any email you send us directly.
- Vercelserves the page and runs the form’s server code.
That is the complete list. We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your information with anyone, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages live in our email indefinitely, because that is where business correspondence lives. If you would like a message deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Your rights in California
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, California residents may ask what personal information a business has collected about them, ask for it to be deleted or corrected, and ask that it not be sold or shared. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the access, correction, and deletion requests all apply. Email nick@saltcliffstudio.com and Nick will handle it himself. Exercising any of these rights will never cost you anything or change how we work with you.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no version where it quietly grows an analytics section.
